Professionals create their own profiles and are responsible for the accuracy of their information. Clients can review portfolios, ratings, and reviews before hiring. We are building a verification system that will be available soon.
Escrow stays held until you release it. If there's a dispute, our resolution team mediates. Funds are never released without your approval — or a ruling from our resolution team.
Yes. Intellix Hub supports fixed-term contracts with durations of 1 month (trial period), 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, or 12 months. At the end of each term, the contract can be renewed by mutual agreement. Fixed-term contracts give professionals the security of knowing how long they're committed, and give clients the confidence of a locked-in engagement. Payments are made bi-weekly throughout the term.
