Yes. Creating an account, building a profile, posting jobs, applying to jobs, and messaging are all free. The 15% platform fee applies only when a contract is funded.
The client pays the platform fee on top of the professional's agreed rate. If the professional's rate is $1,000, the client sends $1,150. The professional receives their full $1,000.
Yes. The professional's agreed rate is their payout — we never deduct from the professional. The 15% fee is charged to the client on top of the professional's rate.
Clients pay via Wise bank transfer (USD, AUD, GBP, CAD, EUR, or NZD). Once we confirm receipt, the contract activates and payment is secured. The professional is paid once the client approves the work.
No. The 15% platform fee is the only fee we charge. No subscription, no job posting fees, no Connects, no premium placement.
Bonus payments are passed 100% to the professional. No platform fee applies to bonuses.
We strongly encourage all work to remain on-platform. Transacting outside removes the protections both parties rely on — dispute resolution, verified reviews, and payment security. Our Terms of Service prohibit circumventing the platform within 24 months of an introduction made through Intellix Hub.
