Why we built Teams
We heard this from clients over and over again:

Whether it was a growing e-commerce brand needing a full customer service squad, a startup wanting a dedicated development team, or a business looking for a complete marketing pod — the need was clear.
Hiring individual professionals one by one is slow. You interview ten people, onboard them separately, hope they work well together, and spend weeks just getting everyone aligned.
We wanted to solve that.
With Teams, a group of remote professionals — led by an experienced supervisor or operations manager — can create a team profile on Intellix Hub and offer their services as a complete unit. Clients hire the team, not just the individuals.
How Teams work
A team on Intellix Hub is created by a team leader — typically a supervisor, operations manager, or senior professional with experience managing remote workers.
For teams:
- A team leader creates a team profile on Intellix Hub
- They invite professionals to join (or professionals can request to join a team they admire)
- The leader sets the team rate — a single monthly or hourly rate that covers the entire team
- The leader manages internal payouts to each team member
- The team's profile showcases their skills, experience, and the individual members
For clients:
- Browse teams by category, skills, and rate
- View the team's full profile — who's on the team, what they do, and what they charge
- Schedule a meeting directly from the team profile
- A group conversation is created with all team members and the client — full transparency from day one
- Hire the team and get everyone working immediately
The quality control built into every team
Here's something we think is genuinely different about Teams on Intellix Hub: the quality control is built in.
A team leader has their professional reputation on the line. They won't add underperforming members to their team — because it reflects directly on them. Every team member has been personally selected by the leader.
This is very different from hiring individuals one by one and hoping they gel. When you hire a team on Intellix Hub, you're hiring a unit that has already been vetted internally.
Individual professionals can be part of multiple teams
If you're already a professional on Intellix Hub, you can join a team without losing your individual profile.
Your individual profile stays exactly as it is. If you join a team, your profile will show which team (or teams) you're part of — adding credibility and visibility.
